I was wondering like if you are under one orthodontist and decide to move to another state. Can an orthodontist in another state take over the work?

Can a dentist work without establishing a office first?

My dentist works in a office but he was not the person who established the office. There was another dentist who established the office and he worked his job, THEN my dentist works there.
Is it possible for a dentist who just graduated do that?

Where does the money that orthodontist take from you for your orthodontic treatment go?

I am in the middle of my orthodontic treatment (5 years with braces) I want to know, where is the money that I payed for going toward? (Business fees, more orthodontic equipment, building fees, or what?) I’m curious as to where it goes.
